Take-back Program

1. Toner Cartridge/Ink Container Take-back Program at Ricoh India

As a responsible corporate citizen in harmony with environment, Ricoh India advocates and invests in an environmentally efficient and effective E-waste management program. Ricoh India offers a take-back service for toner cartridges and ink containers of its products. Landfill disposal and incineration are not used as part of the Ricoh take-back program for registered or formerly registered products.

Kindly log in your request for recycling of end-of-life toner cartridge/ink container at web-request form as available on our website. Further, you are requested to ship the empty toner cartridge/ink container to our authorised recycler on a ‘to-pay’ basis i.e. the shipping charges are to be borne by the receiver. To identify the nearest address for shipping, kindly mail our recycler – TES-AMM (India) Private Limited <krishnaprasad@tes-amm.net> with a copy to us <recycle@ricoh.co.in>.
