
Brief Profile: • National mapping & development of identified National Accounts, to convert them into RIL accounts and maximize Revenue.
• Work & guide a Virtual team of A/c Managers & other Support functions Managers, based at different branches.
• Interface with CXO levels of identified A/c’s and propose thro’ “Solutions approach”
• Represent Ricoh’s Single Point of Contact for identified National A/c’s during the pre-sales and post-sales phase; thro’ interface with other Ricoh locations & HO.
• Completion of Account Strategy and actions as per A/c Strategy schedule.
• Deploy Global A/c’s strategy on Pan India basis, for assigned Accounts.
• Experience in preparing and understanding Commercial & legal Agreements, for such National Accounts.
• Engage with customers and improve CXO level relationship thro’ Customer Meet’s involving Ricoh senior management.
• Provide regular updates to Customers, with respect to new products, solutions software, support services and key customer service information.
• Update & improve CRM information including competition information, to enable deeper farming of Customer a/c.
• Share vision of Customer a/c (growth plans), to enable Ricoh to improve their offerings, in line with Customer’s future requirement.
• Implement guidelines on various Sales support programmes like SFA cum CRM, Non-Ricoh Account penetration, Basic systems & processes, Customer communication etc.
• Prepare and submit Account Management activity & process reports, as per defined schedule.
